Traveled to Anza-Borrego on the 25th of this month in order to photograph the desert bloom. The bloom is really happening in terms of flowers but for cacti, I only found a few that were starting to bloom. Coyote Canyon Road is really pretty as are Henderson Canyon Road. I recommend stopping at the Park visitor's center to check out the "Flower Board" where the latest information is available. Take a pic of the board with your phone to have as a guide while you wanter around. The cacti were a bit disappointing as they had barely started blooming. Have fun and share you pics.
